DioraHydrate Blackcurrant Effervescent Tablets contain a scientifically calculated amount of electrolytes and carbohydrates for active hydration in a range of situations such as hot days, whilst travelling and during/after exercise.

DioraHydrate Blackcurrant Effervescent Tablets are free from gluten, lactose and colourings.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle

Glucose, citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, blackcurrant flavouring (Maize maltodextrin, Flavouring components (Flavouring substances, Natural flavouring substances and Flavouring preparations), Glyceryl triacetate (E 1518), Triethyl citrate (E 1505), Sulphite ammonia caramel (E 150d) and Benzyl alcohol (E 1519)), saccharin sodium.
