At Lir Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and accessory purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and labels remain intact and attached.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
